DocumentTerms of ServiceVersion 1.0

These terms answer the question you actually have, not the one a legal template assumes you have.

No cart runs on volcemood.info and no figure here is a binding quote. What follows is what a licence for the VolceMood voice changer and audio-effects engine actually commits either side to, written as the questions people ask before they submit the inquiry form.

When did these terms take effect?

These terms take effect on September 11, 2026. That is the version in front of you now; anything read on volcemood.info after that date runs under this text unless a newer version has replaced it, in which case the date at the top of this page will say so.

Who are these terms with?

Volcemood, trading as VolceMood at volcemood.info, with a postal address at 7 Oak Lane, Austin, Texas 54422, United States. It is a Texas operation start to finish — nineteen people, no reseller network sitting between you and the person answering the support queue.

What does VolceMood actually provide?

Access to VolceMood, a real-time voice changer and audio effects software engine — pitch shift and formant shift on two separate dials, a noise gate, a hotkey soundboard, and app routing into Discord, OBS, Zoom and any game that reads a standard microphone input. That engine runs as a desktop or mobile client, and separately as a metered REST endpoint for a developer's own application. This site describes that product, lists the four licence tiers, and takes inquiries about them.

It does not do anything beyond that. There is no marketplace of third-party voice packs here, no forum, and no phone-based voice-changing service — the processing happens on the machine the client is installed on, which is also why the added latency stays under 20 ms.

Do I buy anything by using this site?

No. There is no cart and no checkout anywhere on volcemood.info. Every figure attached to Creator, Streamer Pro, Studio/Team or the Developer API is a starting point for a conversation, not a binding price — it moves once we know your seat count, your platform mix, or for the API, your expected processed minutes.

Submitting the inquiry form on the contact page or on the homepage is a request for that quote. It becomes an order only when a figure has been agreed by email or phone and you have confirmed it in writing back to us.

How is a licence priced, and in what currency?

Every tier is quoted in USD. Creator and Streamer Pro bill monthly, per seat. Studio/Team bills annually, per seat, with a five-seat minimum. Developer API bills per processed minute of audio through the endpoint, metered, not flat. Full detail on each tier sits on the plans page.

A quote can move if you add seats, add a platform Streamer Pro didn't originally cover, or your processed-minute volume on the API changes. We tell you which of those moved the number before you agree to anything — nothing here changes silently.

What can't I do here?

Don't run the honeypot fields on our forms — the fields named company and website are never shown to a real visitor and never labelled, and a submission that fills them gets discarded automatically as a bot. Don't reverse engineer the pitch or formant model out of the desktop client. Don't resell a Creator or Streamer Pro seat to somebody outside your own household or production team; the Studio/Team tier exists for a shared team. Don't route audio through the Developer API that you don't hold the rights to process.

Who owns the words and photographs on this site?

VolceMood does — the copy, the interface and product photography, the wordmark, and the mark alone. Nothing here licenses a screenshot of the app, a product photograph, or a paragraph of this site's copy for your own marketing without asking first, in writing, at [email protected].

What isn't guaranteed?

The site and the engine are provided as they stand. VolceMood does not warrant that every game's anti-cheat tolerates a virtual audio device, that every Windows or macOS driver update keeps the current build working without a patch on our side, or that a voice tuned for ordinary speaking volume stays free of artifacts if you shout into the microphone. Testing runs against Discord, OBS, Zoom and the major engines that read a standard input device — not against every combination of hardware a customer might run.

What's the most VolceMood owes me if the engine breaks something?

If a fault in the engine or the site causes a loss, the most VolceMood owes is the amount paid for the licence in question over the twelve months before the claim. VolceMood is not liable for a missed stream, an interrupted match, or any loss beyond that licence fee. The fourteen-day refund condition below exists specifically so sync can be tested on your own hardware before that risk matters.

Can VolceMood cut off my access?

Yes — access to a paid licence, or to this site's inquiry channel, can be suspended or ended if a customer breaches the acceptable-use terms above, disputes a charge in bad faith, or uses the support chat or inquiry form abusively. Where a paid seat is suspended, the reason is given in the same email that confirms it.

Whose law runs these terms, and where does a dispute get heard?

These terms run under the law of Texas, United States, and a dispute over them is heard in the courts of Austin, Texas. If this site is reached from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the data-handling sections of the Privacy Policy are written to satisfy the GDPR for that visit — the governing law of this Terms of Service document itself stays Texan regardless of where you connect from.

How will I know if these terms change?

The new version is published at this same address, and the effective date at the top of this page moves forward to match it. Past inquiries don't get an individual email when a clause changes — the date at the top is the record of what's current, and it's worth checking before you rely on a specific figure.

Who do I write to about these terms?

Email [email protected] or call +1 (669) 555-8229. Postal correspondence goes to 7 Oak Lane, Austin, Texas 54422, United States. Both reach the same nineteen-person team that runs the engine — there's no separate legal switchboard.

What happens if the engine won't hold sync on my machine?

Fourteen days from the day a paid licence starts, if the engine can't hold sync with your own hardware — the pitch and formant output drifting audibly behind the input microphone — open a support ticket and the licence is refunded. That's a specific, checkable condition, not a marketing line about being "the best voice changer": send the ticket, we check it against your hardware report, we refund if the engine genuinely doesn't hold sync.

It is not a fourteen-day free trial for any other reason, and it doesn't cover a change of mind about a voice you've already used at length.

Is there an accessible version of this site?

This is it, not a separate one. Every page carries a skip link ahead of the header, a header and menu that operate fully by keyboard, and no control sized below 44 pixels regardless of screen width — from a 320-pixel phone up. Tabs on the cookie policy collapse into a keyboard-operable accordion below tablet width rather than staying hidden.

If a specific page or interaction doesn't work with your assistive technology, tell us at [email protected] with the page address and what happened, and that specific defect gets fixed rather than answered with a general apology.

Read the Privacy Policy for what the inquiry form and the support chat actually record, and the Cookie Policy for the advertising identifiers and consent controls in force on this site.
